MSN and other Online Services

I'm somewhat surprised to see AOL and Compuserve and other online services
placing themselves at the forefront of the complaints against Microsoft for
'bundling' their MSN services with Windows '95.
For years every single modem that I've come across has been bundled with
'free' offers from AOL and Compuserve. At least here in Canada those offers
are far from free; anyone who reads the fine print will see that AOL
customers will be subject to a 22 cents per minute 'connetion charge' even
during the 'free trial period'.
If Compuserve, AOL et al manage to set a precedent against product bundling,
guess who the next target of those rules might be....
