Hi Jill and Dave,

I would like to give you some background on our survey methodology which was
not self-selecting.

Random Digit Dialing telephone research to U.S. residences was used to identify
online user incidence rate. The samples were demographically representative of
all U.S. households, including unlisted numbers. The creation of the contact
database for the random digit dialing household telephone survey was entrusted
to Survey Sampling, Inc., Fairfield, CT and _none_ of our data has been
collected or "topped-up" from self selected samples or lists of users.
Consequently, our sampling error for gender, for example, is 2.9% at 95%
confidence.

A total of 1,000 Internet users and 500 online service subscribers were
randomly identified, requiring up to 200,000 dialing attempts and the
completion of 32,000 screening interviews.
