What you're referring to is "access authentication" and maybe some
automation of same. Today, most commercial web servers, including ours -
Purveyor - allow you to set portions of the web server aside for only those
that know that appropriate user name and password. In addition, you can bar
people from certain domains (or user ids) from ever entering that area...

Today, though, to the best of my knowledge, you'd have to take their
name/payment/etc in and then set up their access in a separate step. It's
probably possible to automate this, but then, I'm a marketing guy <g>...
