Downtown AOL is a fine service; don't get me wrong

Folks, a few people have emailed me asking if I thought that Downtown AOL
cancelling sponsorship of the list indicated any problems with DT AOL
itself.

I have to say, no, it doesn't. They started with some ambitious ideas about
being able to support their advertiser's with lots of extras, including
yours truly; they've pared down to the basics, as it appears their target
audience doesn't really need me (sob) exactly.

So, no hard feelings, and I recommend taking a look at them at

shingle, or a way to advertise existing sites.
