When people on rec. or alt. discussion groups act in this way and
assume that everyone they are talking to comes from the USA it is
annoying.

When people on a list devoted to marketing behave like this it is
worrying.

Do any of you understand the concept of audiences?

Most people on this list certainly don't seem to understand that
this mailing list has an international readership.
