At Ecola's site we've posted two search engines which use frames. I would
mention three points:

- Make sure non-frame users know they aren't being short-changed.
For example, we use this notice:

"This document requires a browser with FRAMES support, such as
Netscape 2.0. Others browsers can see <a>the same pages</a>
without the FRAMES interface."

- Give FRAMES users an easy link to go to the non-frames page
("Click <a>here</a> to end the frames interface")

- A word of caution: On my computer setup (Netscape 2.0, Windows95)
Netscape will sometimes not load the images in all the frames, even
with images set to Auto-Load. It seems to be un-predictable when it
will load, and when not. Sometimes it loads images with Auto-Load
turned off!
