Each forum has one or more administrators you can contact to pitch a
conference. They're listed in the forum information file (it's called
Newsflash in CIS forums) that appears when you first enter the forum.
There's also (usually) a General Information file in one of the forum
libraries that tells who the administrator or sysop is.

Of course, this means you need an account on CIS, Prodigy, AOL, or
whatever to get to the forums and see who the administrators are.
The Health & Fitness forum on CIS sounds like one good lead for you:
the administrators are: Allan Stevens (Forum Administrator) 76702,562 and
Chuck Etienne (Assistant Sysop) 76711,100. Another lead on CIS would be
the Retirement Living Forum, which also has a message board on health
issues.

Hope this helps!
