Related to that: I support Joe and others efforts with the IDA. Joe has no
hidden agenda that I can discern, and that's good. Rather "Good" with a
capital g. I'd like to try to work to set up an IDA chapter in Seattle, and
would appreciate hearing from local folks. I've been in touch with Larry
Berg, and we'll hopefully rope a number of you Nor'Westers into a meeting
here, just to put names to faces.
Here's the announcement as forwarded to me by Mr. Speyer:
"Join Microsoft CEO Bill Gates, Ziff-Davis Interchange President
Michael Kolowich, Wired Magazine/HotWired's Andrew Anker and
over 40 other online industry experts at the WASHINGTON SOFTWARE
ASSOCIATION'S ON-LINE ADVANTAGE '95 event at the Seattle Westin
Hotel, January 12 and 13, 1995.
"The ON-LINE ADVANTAGE '95 line-up includes a full day of seminars,
intensive workshops, presentations from industry luminaries and
dozens of exhibits featuring the newest tools for online productivity,
plus the major providers all under one roof. No fluff here, this is
the place business people will want to ask tough questions, and get
real answers.

business more effective by visiting the WSA World Wide Web site at
