The problem is especially bad cause at this moment 287 of our 1964
subscribers (after yesterday's cleanup) are from AOL.COM. AOL has a high
turnover of users and no tolerance for full mailboxes. Plus, they send
a bounce message (sometimes more than one) per posting often times for each
user or just a couple of users. The end-result is that this contributes
heavily to our machine, mailer and network load.

Hence, I have and will force all subscriptions that are bouncing due to full
mailboxes to be set to POSTPONE *without prior notification*. Subscriptions
that have been postponed more than 45 days will be removed in order to lessen
our administrative load and perserve system performance.

To reactive a postponed subscription send the following message to
the address LISTPROC@EINet.net

SET INET-MARKETING MAIL ACK

to receive individual postings, or

SET INET-MARKETING MAIL DIGEST

to receive a digest once a day. If you are leaving your mailbox unattended
for an extended period do a:

SET INET-MARKETING MAIL POSTPONE

to save yourself and us grief.

Thank you,
Bruce
