One problem is that many addresses tend to go bad, either temporarily or
permanently. With the volume of the list, a bad address can generate 100
error messages in a week before it's caught (usually there's a five-day
queue for bad mail). AOL only allows 500 messages in a user's inbox, and
some of our subscribers have seemingly checked out without turning out the
lights, causing more problems.
In any case, if you posted and failed to see it show up, please repost. We
got some reports that non-moderated posts were getting through. If that
happens, let me know as well. (You can easily recognize nonmoderated posts:
they're bad.)
